California Law
CC BY-NC 4.0

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Arbitra.org's website, benchmarking reports, synthetic datasets, and client solution testing services (collectively, "Services"). By accessing our Services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

Use of Services

Permitted Use

Services are for research and authorized client testing. Benchmarking reports use public data (e.g., G2, Gartner, NIST) and synthetic datasets (e.g., 500 California driver's licenses) simulating fraud vectors (e.g., deepfakes, digital counterfeits). Client testing uses synthetic data and consented real user profiles, with vendor approval (e.g., Jumio, Persona, Mitek). Datasets are licensed under CC BY-NC 4.0 for non-commercial research.

Prohibited Use

You may not use Services for illegal purposes, commercial exploitation, or fraud. Unauthorized testing of vendor systems (e.g., Jumio, Persona) or misuse of datasets is prohibited.

Intellectual Property

Ownership

Arbitra owns its datasets, reports, and website content, subject to a CC BY-NC 4.0 license for datasets. Public data is cited per fair use; vendor logos/data are used with consent or anonymized.

Restrictions

You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute content without permission, except as allowed under the CC BY-NC 4.0 license.

Client Solution Testing

Testing uses state-of-the-art fraud vectors (e.g., deepfakes, face swaps) and real user profiles with explicit consent, conducted with client and vendor permission to comply with vendor terms (e.g., Jumio, Persona, Mitek). Results are anonymized unless authorized.

Limitation of Liability

Services are provided "as-is." Arbitra does not guarantee the accuracy of public data or testing results. We are not liable for damages, losses, or claims arising from use, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Third-Party Links

Links to third-party sites (e.g., G2, Gartner) are not under our control. Use them at your own risk.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or laws.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by California law, with disputes resolved in California courts.

Updates will be posted here. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
