Arbitra.org provides identity verification (IDV) benchmarking and client solution testing for research purposes. The following disclaimers apply:
Benchmarking and testing use synthetic datasets (e.g., 500 California driver's licenses) with no real PII or biometric data, compliant with CCPA, GDPR, BIPA, and TDPSA. Datasets simulate state-of-the-art fraud vectors (e.g., deepfakes, digital forgeries) per AAMVA, ICAO 9303, and ISO/IEC 30107/19795-2, and are licensed under CC BY-NC 4.0 with watermarks to prevent misuse. Arbitra is not liable for unauthorized use.
Limited client testing may use real user profiles with explicit, documented consent, compliant with CCPA, GDPR, BIPA, and TDPSA. Testing is conducted with client and vendor (e.g., Jumio, Persona, Mitek) permission to avoid terms violations.
Reports rely on public data (e.g., G2, Gartner, NIST) cited per fair use. Vendor performance claims are anonymized unless consented, respecting vendor terms. Arbitra is not liable for public data inaccuracies.
Testing uses advanced fraud vectors (e.g., face swaps, injection attacks) with client and vendor approval, compliant with California (AB 602, 730) and Texas (SB 751) deepfake laws. No real individuals are depicted in synthetic fraud simulations.
Services are provided "as-is." Arbitra disclaims warranties regarding accuracy or fitness of reports, datasets, or test results. We are not liable for damages or claims arising from use, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Links to third-party sites (e.g., G2, Gartner) are for convenience. Arbitra is not responsible for their content.
